Starter:  10 sessions of 45 minutes : 2 or 3 times a week  for 3 or 4 weeks.

 Classic : 20 sessions of 45 minutes :  3 times a week  for 7 weeks.

 Pro: 30 sessions of 45 minutes : 2 or 3 times a week  for 3 or 4 months.

 Flash (before competition) : 20 sessions of 30 minutes : 2 times a day,10 days before the competition.
